For Nice Out Golf product returns:

If you are unsatisfied in any way, customers have 30 days or 1 month from the time of purchase to receive a cash or credit refund, exchange or Nice Out Golf credit in form of equal value to the products purchased. This includes all forms of sales: online, market or in store purchases. Returns of any food products are not accepted.

This return policy applies to Nice Out Golf products only. All other products sold, not crafted by Nice Out Golf, may not be refunded, exchanged or returned.

All sales are final on all non-Nice Out Golf products.

Returns Procedure:

When we receive the package, we will then either issue you a store credit, credit or an exchange (depending on date of purchase). Return process time is between 14-21 business days after we received your returned product. Nice Out Golf recommends customers us USPS to return products. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Lost Mail Procedure:

If a package has been lost in the mail and has not arrived within a 30 day period from the time of shipment, we refer our customers to their local post office to find out if they may have kept it for unknown reasons or try and explain why it may be taking so long. Nice Out Golf has no control over package delivery after it leaves our facility.

All package & shipping concerns need to be addressed with Nice Out Golf customer service within a 30 day period from the time of shipment from our Fort Collins location.
